i-Air View (Cross-flow Wind Direction Sensor)
Paint booth | Booth controls
What is paint booths?
Paint booths apply intermediate and top coat on the object being painted, forming designs, and coating to protect the undercoat from ultraviolet rays and the wind and rain. The large size of these machines emphasizes technologies to make them more compact and save energy with air conditioning controls.
What is booth airflow controls?
Airflows inside paint booths can lead to paint defects such as paint residue deposits, and increase the adherence of paint mist on painting machines and robots. Taikisha provides booth airflow detection systems and optimal air supply and exhaust control systems that we have developed.
- Want monitoring and control
Overview
Up to now, the traditional method of sensing the airflow inside a paint booth was to measure wind speed with ultrasonic waves. This system records deflection by water vapor or threads on remote cameras and analyzes it to allow control of the booth air supply and exhaust. This also contributes to cost reduction.
Features
-
Cross-flow wind direction sensor
This system controls the booth airflow under normal conditions based on simple measurement of the booth airflow and analysis of video from wireless cameras.
