- We at the Paint Finishing System Division, in response to the Basic Philosophy, Environmental Management Vision, and Realization Guidelines set forth in the company-wide environment-related value creation foundation, and given our position as a company engaged in the paint equipment business, will make environmental conservation our first priority, and will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the global environment through innovations in construction, design, and development.

In order to advance environmental initiatives based on our Environmental Philosophy, the officer in charge of Sustainability Promotion is responsible for compiling company-wide action plans, checking and evaluating the progress of initiatives, and reviewing targets.
We have established the Technical Committee at the Headquarters and an environmental management department in the Engineering Supervisory Department of each division.
Through the operation of an environmental management system based on ISO 14001, we will work to provide continual support for the environmental conservation activities of individual branches and offices while also enhancing these efforts.
We distribute Taikisha's environmental policy, which is based on the ISO 14001 standard, to our clients and request their full cooperation in observing the policy.ISO14001 Certification Obtained

Environmental Education
Every year, we provide new employees with training on our Environmental Management Vision and the introduction of environmental management systems, as well as training on the environmental management work of each department.
In addition, employees acquire knowledge on the management of chemical and hazardous substances beginning in their first year at Taikisha, taking skills courses such as Skills Course for Senior Engineers of Specified Chemical Substances and Tetraalkyl Lead, Skills Course for Senior Engineers of Organic Solvents, and Skills Course for Senior Engineers of Oxygen Deficiency and Hydrogen Sulfide Hazards to acquire related qualifications.
