Overseas Research & Development Facilities

This dedicated line for part painting tests is equipped with two booths (cardboard exhaust filter type dry booth and water curtain type booth), a batch type drying oven, and an automatic conveyor and can help with carrying out painting experiments and pursuing optimum paint finishing systems in Thailand and surrounding ASEAN countries with the aid of painting robots and painting devices.

As with the Technical Center, our R&D facilities have a booth (new dry booth), a flash-off device and an oven. Therefore it is possible to carry out paint experiments there by using a painting robot and various types of painting equipment, and search for the optimal paint system in China.
